Adoption Applications

Our applications for adopting a cat or dog are below. Please send your completed application directly to the foster home of the animal you are interested in — this will be the e-mail address in the animal's description in the Petfinder.com listings.

You may also wish to fill out an adoption application prior to attending an adoption event. Please print it out and bring it with you. Sending it to us via US Mail will greatly delay your application being processed.

Happy Endings

Many adopters of Angel's Wish animals send us stories of how their new pets have found happy homes. Our Happy Endings page showcases some of these.

Available Animals

If you are interested in Miniature Schnauzers, please contact Angel's Wish Miniature Schnauzer Rescue.

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and spayed or neutered. Cats are tested for FeLV/FIV and dogs are tested for heartworm and microchipped. Cats adopted at the Angel's Wish Pet Adoption and Resource Center also go home with a goodie bag, a coupon for a free nailtrim, and a $5 off coupon for microchipping.

Additionally, all adopted pets come with one month of ShelterCare Pet Insurance for peace of mind. Adoption fee, a valid email address, and application required.

About Our Adoption Events

Angel's Wish does not have a shelter; we believe animals do best in a foster care setting instead of being in a cage while awaiting a new home. Fostering allows us to provide loving, individual care and assess behavior and personality in a home-setting. This helps us to make better matches and increases the probability of permanent placement.

If you are interested in a specific animal, find out which adoption event they will be at by contacting the person listed on the animal's Petfinder.com page. Otherwise, come to one of our many adoption events to meet multiple animals at once. A map to each location is available by clicking on the location's address.
